Since 1996 the government introduced a legislation stating that all landlords wanting
to let part or the whole of their property must have the gas appliances and pipe
work checked every 12 months. To make matters convenient we will arrange for our
clients properties to be checked by a reputable CORGI registered company. On successful
completion of the inspection all landlords will be issued with a Landlords Gas Safety
