Accounts Department
|
|
The central Finance department provides financial and management accounting in addition
to payroll and purchase ledger functions for the entire Jacob fox business. The
structure of the team ensures that each individual takes responsibility for a key
area within the department and has overall ownership of the success of their function.
|
|
Accounts Administrator
|
The role is based in the accounts department in our Canary Wharf office and will
involve elements of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, updating
invoice information and resolving client enquiries. The successful applicant will
be required to demonstrate a high level of customer service and should also possess
strong interpersonal skills. Bookkeeping skills (especially with Sage Line 50) are
desirable, and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
along with maths and general numeracy, are essential. Candidates should be well
presented and have good written and verbal communication skills.

Duties include
|
- Reconciling the bank accounts
- Reviewing and resolving invoice and statement queries
- Banking and petty cash maintenance and reconciliation
- Processing payments in an efficient and timely manner on a daily basis
- Ad-hoc duties/ project work as required
