Our photography department is responsible for taking pictures of all properties
registered with us, and presenting them in their best possible light. This includes
taking photographs of the properties, composing 360° virtual tours, drawing floor
plans and writing advertisements and detailed descriptions.
Jacob fox uses a unique marketing strategy which is envied within the industry,
so it is important that every set of property details is accurate and produced to
the highest standard.
Property Photographer
Our photographers combine a range of skills to ensure that each set of details meets
the high expectations of our clients. They will visit several properties to collect
details before returning to the office to write up notes.
Finished details from our photographers are printed for our Negotiators to distribute
to interested clients. The details will also be published in our website, in the
Property Guide and featured on the many web portals we use. We have a corporate
template for each, but the web also allows us to display many photographs of properties
that have something special to show.
We provide training on our specific requirements, but exceptional photography skills
are essential, along with a flair for writing and the drive to work in a fast paced
environment.
Location
The role is based in our Canary Wharf Office
Duties include
Preparing locations
Setting up lighting and equipment
Experiment fresh new ways to present the properties
Proofing pictures / checking image quality
Uploading pictures onto web portals
Drawing property floor plans
Creating property particulars
Taking images for promotional material
Attending morning meetings with the Lettings Department
Adhering to current guidelines and legislation
